SMART RE CORP generates revenue through three core streams:

  • Subscription Income: Agents pay $85/month for CRM access, IDX websites, branding, support, and ongoing training.

  • Commission Splits: SMART receives 15% of real estate commissions, with a generous 85/15 agent split and a $15K annual cap.

  • Referral Fees: When SMART provides leads, we collect 5%–35% of the closing fee.

Our model supports agents with exclusive lead generation tools, automated conversion systems, and virtual back-office infrastructure. Expansion occurs through a growing network of state brokers, area leaders, and strategic agent recruitment.
